Do you know how to "keep out the evil spirits", make the "birds twitter", make "a goulash" turn your "pungs" into "kongs" or make a few "chows"?
These are all terms used in the entertaining Chinese game of Mahjong - a game of skill, strategy and calculation and a certain degree of chance. All levels are welcome.
